A career advocating for justice
Learn more about Bruce Plaxen’s commitment to justice

For the last three decades, I have dedicated myself to fighting on behalf of injury victims in Maryland and across our country. I opened my firm in 1985 and from the very first day I have limited my practice to personal injury matters.

I have spent many years working with local communities, legal organizations, coalition partners and the Maryland General Assembly and Congress to pass laws that would improve the Civil Justice System. I now wish to serve as your AAJ Parliamentarian.

I have also dedicated countless hours to educational programs. Having a well-educated and well informed Trial Bar benefits us all, our clients and our communities. I particularly enjoy mentoring young lawyers.

Working for a better tomorrow

The American Association for Justice has been on the right side of history when it comes to protecting people in need. I believe in the strength of our organization, and in the work our members do. I know that when we work together, we are stronger. We need to be fiscally strong and strong in numbers (members). AAJ also needs to serve our members in the best way possible. This includes small firms, large firms, Class Action firms, medical malpractice lawyers, products liability lawyers, worker’s compensation lawyers and lawyers that represent the injured in all manners.

To share your ideas for a better AAJ or ask me any questions, call or text me at (443) 690-0471 or e-mail me at bplaxen@plaxenadler.com.
