Sara El-Shall joined Plaxen & Adler, P.A. in June of 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Sara primarily defended state agencies, private employers, and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims. She has taken the litigation experience she gained defending claims and now exclusively fights for the rights of injured victims.
Sara is an active member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Division Membership Committee. She is also a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and American Association for Justice.
Sara attended American University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice in 2008. She graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Sara served as the Student Bar Association ABA Representative and secretary of the Maryland Public Interest Law Program. She also interned for the Honorable John N. Prevas in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and worked as a law clerk for the Office of the Public Defender.
