Congratulations, Bruce Plaxen, on Your Election to PAC Chair for the Maryland Association for Justice!

personal injury attorney Bruce PlaxenPlaxen Adler Muncy, P.A. is proud to announce that firm founder Bruce Plaxen has been elected to serve as the Chair of the Maryland Association for Justice’s Political Action Committee (MAJ PAC). Bruce held this position from 2001 to 2016. During his time as PAC Chair, Bruce was honored with MAJ’s President’s Award, in 2007 and 2010. He is the only two-time recipient of that award.

What is the Maryland Association for Justice PAC?

MAJ’s Political Action Committee (PAC) helps to advance the cause of protecting and improving Maryland’s civil justice system by supporting legislation and legislators committed to that cause. The PAC was formed in 1986 “to support state candidates who uphold our Constitution’s promise of protecting and defending the civil justice system…. The Maryland Association for Justice PAC fights against repeated attempts to corrupt the civil justice system and helps promulgate laws that enable Maryland citizens to hold wrongdoers accountable for their negligent actions.”

As Chair of the committee, Bruce will help raise awareness of problems in the civil justice system, and raise funding to support legislators who wish to keep the system strong.
