Joshua A. Plaxen Named Partner at Plaxen Adler Muncy, P.A.

Joshua A. PlaxenPlaxen Adler Muncy, P.A., formerly Plaxen & Adler, P.A., is proud to announce that Joshua A. Plaxen has been named a partner in the firm. Mr. Plaxen joined the firm in 2015 as an associate, where he has focused on Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability claims. He was recently named to the 2021 Maryland Rising Stars list for the third consecutive year.

Joshua Plaxen graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Business in 2008. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the University of Baltimore Law Review; he graduated magna cum laude in 2012. Because he graduated in the top 10% of his law school, he was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Plaxen worked for the University of Maryland, Baltimore, drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and Research Agreements with companies of all sizes. Prior to this position, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William V. Tucker in the Circuit Court of Howard County, where he was able to observe trials in civil courts and contribute to judicial opinions.
